All content on this website — including text, branding, design, graphics, and materials — is owned by or licensed to AvronSystems and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

When engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required access credentials, content, and approvals needed to complete the project successfully.

Delays caused by incomplete information, late feedback, or unavailable access may affect delivery timelines and may result in adjusted schedules or additional fees as agreed in writing.

Fees, payment schedules, and billing terms will be outlined in your project proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due according to the payment terms specified in that agreement.

Work may be paused if payments are overdue. Any third-party costs (such as hosting, domains, licenses, ads, or paid tools) are the client’s responsibility unless explicitly included in the proposal.

Upon full payment, clients generally receive ownership or usage rights to final deliverables as defined in the project agreement. AvronSystems retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, templates, and know-how used to create those deliverables.

We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

For recruitment engagements, AvronSystems acts as a facilitator to connect clients with potential candidates. Placement terms, replacement policies, and fees will be defined in a separate recruitment agreement.

While we apply reasonable screening and vetting practices, final hiring decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client. We do not guarantee candidate performance or long-term employment outcomes.

Both parties agree to protect confidential business, technical, and personal information shared during an engagement and not disclose it to unauthorized third parties, except as required by law or with prior written consent.

Our website and services are provided on a professional-effort basis. While we aim for high-quality delivery, we do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that services will meet every expectation beyond the agreed scope.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AvronSystems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a project shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific engagement.

Either party may terminate a service engagement according to the terms of the applicable proposal or agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of work completed and approved expenses incurred up to the termination date.

We reserve the right to suspend website access or refuse service in cases of misuse, abusive behavior, or violation of these terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith discussions.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
